As we move from spring into summer there are some very encouraging signs here at Heywoods; lots of viewings, offers and sales, some good quality tenants are in the market to find the best homes but price on rents is still critical. Get it right and you find a tenant quickly.

Spring is upon us and it has been very busy so far for sales and lettings. Our sales team has seen a surge of buyers registering and have experienced a great influx of new instructions. What a year 2011 was! Financial Markets in Turmoil, a great Royal Wedding, don't mention the Rugby, but house sales improved in the latter part of the year. Lots of sellers are in Negative equity and struggle to find suitable funding from lenders. Lenders are very cautious, but here at Heywoods we had a good sales stream throughout the year! We achieved some great results selling a number of properties in just weeks!
We also launched our full colour Newspaper which has made a massive difference to sales and our sellers are now benefitting from great exposure and our charges are still very competitive!
2012 Holds some new and exciting things for Heywoods, which we will keep you up to date with throughout the year in our Newsletters!

Welcome to our December Newsletter.
2011 been a great year for Heywoods as our accurate pricing and expert marketing meant that we sold and instructed more houses in Newcastle than another agent and this isnt just us saying it, this is what Rightmove and FindaProperty say!
